Endless Summer- Rooftop at the Beacon

Matt G provided the creative brain power to put the display together. I will note that the super huge bolts were my idea.
If you didn’t make it to The Prelude last Saturday, you missed out. Whether it was beautiful weather, a beautiful hotel, or beautiful women, the event did not fall short on providing any of the above. The Beacon, (which was impossible to get to by the way) was hidden to the untrained DC eye at the corner of Rhode Island and 16th. Once inside, the hostess at the front guided me to the elevator that lead to a roof top that opened up to a relaxing view to the adjacent streets, along with a roof top bar, and plenty of room kick back. Once settled, Matt and I went to work on the display and before we knew it, 3 o’cock hit and there was barely any standing room.
But as fast as the crowd filled up, they scattered just as fast when the first sign of rain came down. Girls rushed to protect their hair, and we rushed to load up the merchandise before Howard Homecoming part II(see link) struck. But if you’re regretting not coming, don’t worry, J&K will be there each and every Saturday and AOI will also make an appearance in the month of June. Until then, hopefully these pictures will get you by.
